This booking tool is exclusively for RV Warranty Forever Annual Inspections only.
All other service or warranty related appoinement requests must be submitted through the service request page or by calling (844) 787-6446.
Please read the notes below for appointment related updates.
Notes for your appointment:
• Please arrive to your appointment at the scheduled time. The booking time slot is not a window of arrival, but rather a scheduled start and end time. The inspection can take up to 90 minutes to complete, so it is extremely important to arrive on-time.
• Arriving late to your appointment could require it to be rescheduled for a later date and time. We cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to perform the inspection if you arrive late to your scheduled appointment time.
• Jeffersonville Appointments: Please park up against the sidewalk curb running alongside the “Buckeye RV Service Department” building signage. Then check-in with a Service Advisor inside the Service office, located below the “Service Entrance” building signage.
• Wilmington Appointments: Please park in the open area behind the Sales and Service Center (the white building with a black roof). Then check-in with a Service Advisor inside the Service office by entering through the double glass doors on the rear side of the Sales and Service Center.
• After parking, if you have a towable camper, please do not unhook from your vehicle.
• During the inspection, we offer a customer lounge with seating and TV conveniently located near the Service office.
• After the inspection has been completed, the Service Advisor will provide the necessary paperwork for you to submit to RV Warranty Forever through the NWAN mobile app.
